Set up online booking for hunting and fishing lodge cabins

Our countryside retreat hosts hunters and anglers throughout the season, but cabin bookings are still handled by phone calls and messenger chats. That approach has already caused a couple of double bookings for the same dates, and it is hard to see at a glance which cabins are actually free. We need an online booking module that ties together cabin selection, a live availability calendar, and optional add-on services in a single guest-facing flow.

A guest should browse cabin cards with photos and capacity, pick arrival and departure dates, and immediately see only the cabins genuinely open for that exact period, with no overlaps against confirmed reservations. During checkout there should be two toggles: one for adding a hunting guide who knows the grounds, and one for gear rental such as rods, boats, snowmobiles, and camping or hunting equipment. Each option carries its own price that gets added to the total and sent to the admin for confirmation.

What the finished system needs to do:
— show a live occupancy calendar per cabin, no manual cross-checking;
— collect a booking request with dates, cabin, guide and gear options;
— notify the admin instantly with full request details;
— block double bookings of the same cabin for overlapping dates.
