Need budget monitoring and auto-pause set up across ad accounts

We run advertising campaigns across several ad platforms at once, and right now nobody has a clear picture of how much budget is left until it is already overspent. Each account has its own interface and its own alerts, or none at all, and by the time someone notices a campaign has blown through its daily or monthly limit, the money is already gone. We need this fixed with a proper monitoring layer rather than someone manually checking dashboards every morning.

The goal is a single place that pulls current spend and remaining budget from every connected ad account and shows the numbers side by side so nothing is missed. On top of that we need two safety nets: an early warning when a campaign is approaching its set limit, and an automatic pause that kicks in the moment a budget is actually exhausted, so spend cannot run past the ceiling we set even if nobody is watching at that moment.

Open to discussing which platforms to connect first and how alerts should be delivered. What matters most is reliability: the pause has to fire every time, not just most of the time.
