Farmers market marketplace with multi-vendor shopping cart

We need an online marketplace that will connect local farmers and small producers with buyers who care about fresh products from known sources. Currently, farms sell through scattered social media pages, and buyers can't compare offers or plan weekly pickups. We need a single storefront where each producer has their own shop card with their own prices and inventory, and buyers see a common catalog of vegetables, dairy, honey, eggs, meat, and bread with filters by farm, distance, and delivery day.

The key requirement is a shared cart where you can add items from multiple sellers at once, and at checkout it neatly splits into separate orders. A buyer adds tomatoes from one farm and cheese from another, pays once, and the system routes each item to the right producer with its own status, picking list, and payment. Pickup points are needed as a full option: the buyer chooses a market location, a nearby pickup box or courier for the time slot, and the seller confirms supported fulfillment methods.

Separately, we need transparent accounting: record each sub-order, calculate commission per farm, and prepare payments on a regular schedule with a journal both sides can verify. Propose a tech stack, a data model for multi-vendor cart and order splitting, and a realistic plan.
