Project description
We run a real-estate business and need a public listings portal where buyers and tenants can browse properties for sale and rent. Each listing must show a photo gallery, price, number of rooms, floor area, floor and district, plus a description and the contact details of the responsible agent. Visitors should be able to search by city and neighbourhood, narrow results with filters for price range, rooms, area and property type, and view the whole selection on an interactive map with clustered pins. Saved searches with e-mail alerts and a shortlist of favourites are important, because most of our clients compare dozens of options over several weeks before they decide.
Behind the catalogue we need an agent back-office. Our agents should log into their own accounts, create and edit their listings, upload and reorder photos, mark a deal as reserved or closed, and see how many views and lead requests each object received. Lead forms under every listing and a call-back request must land in the agent's inbox and in a shared administrator dashboard, so nothing gets lost. Please make roles clear: an agent sees only their own objects, while the administrator moderates new submissions, manages the agent list and edits reference data such as districts and property categories.
To be clear about scope: this is a listings and search portal, not a property-management or rental-accounting system. We do not need lease bookkeeping, utility bills or tenant payments. What matters is fast, SEO-friendly public pages, a clean mobile layout, and a simple panel our agents can master without training. Please suggest a sensible technology stack, share a rough timeline and milestones, and tell us how listings can later be imported from a spreadsheet feed.
