Online yacht and boat rental: catalog and booking

Our marina rents out motorboats, sailing yachts and several catamarans, and we need a proper web application instead of our current phone hassle and spreadsheets. The core of the site is the fleet catalog, divided by vessel type, hull length, capacity and engine power; each boat has its own photo gallery, technical specifications and base hourly and daily rates. Each vessel has an availability calendar that blocks already booked slots, maintenance windows and weather downtime so two clients physically cannot book the same evening. The booking flow lets the guest select a boat, set start and end time, see a live total and confirm the order, paying a refundable deposit online via payment gateway, with the balance paid at the dock. At checkout the renter can add a licensed skipper option — this changes the price and removes the requirement to upload a driver's license for solo operation. Before final confirmation the client e-signs a liability waiver for damages; the signed PDF is saved and emailed to both parties. After returning from the trip, verified renters leave a star rating and text review on the boat's page. The result of the work: responsive catalog, calendar engine, booking and deposit module, skipper option, e-signature waiver, review system and admin panel for fleet, pricing and order management.
