Project description
Our HR team spends roughly sixty percent of its time on repetitive work — chasing candidates, arranging interview times, collecting documents, walking every new hire through the same onboarding steps. We want to hand that grind to a Telegram bot so the team can focus on judgement calls instead of coordination. The bot should cover three stages end to end: initial candidate screening, interview scheduling, and structured onboarding for people who join.

Screening starts by broadcasting vacancies to subscribed job-seekers and running them through a role-specific quiz that auto-scores answers against a pass threshold, so recruiters only ever look at a clean digest of qualified people, with CVs collected and stored. Scheduling has to talk to Google Calendar, offer the candidate real open slots, send calendar invites to both sides, and chase everyone with reminders before the interview, with tidy reschedule and cancel handling. Onboarding then drives a thirty-day checklist for each new hire, with daily reminders, document collection through the bot, and manager notifications at the day 1, day 7 and day 30 milestones.

On top of the bot we need a small web admin panel to manage vacancies and questions, watch the pipeline and onboarding progress, and export reports. Stack is Python (aiogram 3), PostgreSQL, Redis, the Google Calendar API and AWS S3. Budget is 600 USD fixed over 25 days. Tell us about a bot of similar complexity you have built. Full feature list below.

1. Candidate Screening Module
— Vacancy broadcast to subscribed job-seekers
— Multi-step quiz: role-specific screening questions
— Auto-scoring and pass/fail threshold
— HR gets a digest: passed candidates with scores
— CV attachment handling (PDF/DOCX stored to S3)

2. Interview Scheduling
— Google Calendar integration: show available HR slots
— Candidate selects a slot, calendar invite sent to both parties
— Reminder chain: 24h and 2h before the interview
— Reschedule / cancel with reason capture

3. Onboarding Flow
— New hire added to bot: 30-day onboarding checklist
— Daily task reminders with completion tracking
— Document request: collect signed docs via the bot
— Manager notifications at key milestones (day 1, day 7, day 30)

4. Admin Panel (web)
— Manage vacancies and screening questions
— View candidate pipeline and onboarding progress
— Export reports to CSV/Excel
