Component / plugin for admin / backend.
Functionality required:
1. Creation of “castom” tables in the database by template (.sql file) with the ability to assign the name / title of the table.
2. Load Excel, csv (or csv only) for subsequent import/parsing in the "castomy tables".
3. Unicode support, rtl languages.
