Good afternoon!
You need one HTML page per 1 screen. No need for a cool design, but a decent design is needed. The output html file and the style file css.
On the page: top of the title, a couple of buttons and a few text fields.
Below is the switch element (there will be 2 choices) and the drop-down item.
Under it, the screen is divided into 2 parts.
On the left, a list of scrolling words (or without if conveniently used) will have up to 100 words in the list. Words should be in elements that can be hung on the events of a click on them.
Under the list are page switches.
Screen RIGHTS: An element in which several input fields, a label above each, and the bottom of the button "Save" are displayed.
Next, I will provide a more detailed TK, which names on the buttons and titles are needed.
