You need to create a site-parser-processor for Vkontakte posts (to collect them from the walls of groups and from discussions).
These posts are then sent to the site. There the posts are edited by me (Text changes, deleted / added photos of some). It indicates where to send the post: on the wall, on the walls of groups, discussions, general chat vk. Accounts are indicated for sending.
The main feature that is needed is a) the ability to compose a collage of photos (for example, from 6 photos ) b) to apply watermarks text on the photo (three watermarks ) : Phone number , description , and logo ; the ability to choose the width of the text , font , text location on the photo (i.e. the main chips when editing the collage through the picassa program? Including choice of font colour etc.
