Create a Call Manager and SMS

You need to create a call manager and SMS, which will receive data from the mobile application using a special JRL and save them to the user account. The modular application is already written, the data transfer format is very simple: device number, account number, phone number of the caller / SMS, text text text, date and time. In the manager, the user should be able to add his device and get a unique key, and after the arrival of statistics - accordingly view this statistic in the browser.
