You need to connect the PerfectMoney payment system and Bitcoin to the site. The payment must be fully connected, i.e. They should be integrated into the site, not be separate modules. It is necessary that after payment notifications are received to both the administrator and the user, so that the services are activated automatically and the balance history is maintained. If necessary, access to demo wallets will be provided, the payment systems have API documentation.
