Redesigning a site on WordPress CMS with a child theme

1. This work is intended for: web designer-designer. Providing a portfolio with a catalog of previously created sites is a must!
2. The site is designed to: receive calls and online applications from customers for construction work.
3. The website is redesigned to achieve the following goals:
(a) It is interesting to provide customers with information about the company's services (i.e. dilute the available texts with graphic images);
B) Improve usability and thereby improve the behavioral factor on the site (increase the time of visitors to the site - minimize rejections; increase the depth of site browsing - the number of pages);
C) Increase the conversion of visitors to potential customers (increase the percentage of visitors to the number of calls and online requests – that is, to cause the visitor’s interest and encourage him to contact our company).
4. To modify the existing logo or to invent a new one.
5. The site should be light, but the background should not be pure white as it cuts the eyes (the background color should be done with the smallest shade of one of the colors listed below). It is advisable to use the following colors: blue, green, brown and red (all their shades).
6. As much graphics as possible should be present on the site. Looking at the design of the site, it should be obvious that the company provides services in any field of construction and repair (you need to come up with a visual solution that allows you to emphasize the wide range of services provided). Graphic elements of construction can also be located along the perimeter.
7. All images and elements of the site should:
(a) be rounded;
B. Be large (i.e. have shadows and other styles).
8. Menu:
(a) to design it in a building style;
B) you need to group with my help about 78 links to published pages (that is, organize using a plugin or layout - drop-down menu in the left and right sidebars and in the horizontal menu). It is important that I can configure this menu grouping on my own in the site admin (install the plugin or organize it using another alternative, but that this function does not disappear when updating);
(B) each menu button must change color when the mouse is hovered over it;
D) each menu button should have a graphical icon corresponding to its meaning (it is very important that you have the opportunity, in the future, when I add new pages to the site, to create icons for new menu buttons in the same style - of course, these services will be paid separately upon completion of the work). It is important that I can add these icons to new links in the site admin (install the plugin or organize it using another alternative, but that this function does not disappear when updating).
Icons must meet the following criteria:
• Be not intricate (this is necessary in order to be sufficiently clear for their small size);
• be monophonic (because if the icons have many different colors, then with their real - small sizes, all colors will merge and become a cloudy spot);
• Do not have any styles (i.e., there should be no shadows and other styles).
9. The design of the site should first be drawn in Photoshop or its analogue. After you have made all my subsequent adjustments and I have approved the final version of the layout, you will be asked to:
A) transfer part of the approved layout to the site through the numerous settings of the theme “Atahualpa”, installed on cms wordpress (I will provide full assistance in this, as I know the settings of this theme);
B) everything that cannot be transferred from the approved layout using the theme settings, to be made using the Atahualpa child theme (this is necessary in order that after future updates of this theme all changes will remain in place, and not be dumped on factory settings).
