Requirements:
- experience of PHP programmer for more than 1 year;
- Confident knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL;
Experience and understanding of the principles of database design;
- understanding of the principles of object-oriented program design;
Ability to use operating systems such as *nix;
- Git Flow and understanding of Git Flow principles;
- understanding of TDD, BDD, experience of automated testing is encouraged;
- Experience with other languages Python, Ruby, Go, Dart, TypeScript, ActionScript is welcome;
- Experience with Memcached, Redis, RabbitMQ, MongoDB, Cassandra technologies is welcome;
- ability to work in a team, the desire to learn from the experience of colleagues and share their own experience;
Patient attitude to someone else’s code and to criticism of their own;
- Ability to read and understand technical literature in English;
- availability of a wide Internet channel and configured Skype program, allowing you to maintain high-quality video communication.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test and support PHP code;
- design of database structures;
- development of modules for existing projects;
Improve existing code and solutions;
Maintaining the integrity of the project architecture.
Conditions and basic principles:
Remote work, not freelancing;
We buy 8/6/4 hours of your working time. They will pay you for them, and you will pay them for them.
4, 6 or 8 hours of work, of your choice, Monday to Friday;
- during working hours, any personal matters are not allowed: correspondence, communication, etc.;
- No vacation. If you need a few free days, you can work this time on other days. The working hours must be worked out in full.
- starting wage rate of 1500 EUR (8 hours), 1125 EUR (6 hours) or 750 EUR (4 hours);
- wages are credited to your personal account daily;
- the frequency of the order of payments decide independently (no more than 1 time per day);
- time control. During working hours, you are obliged to take a screenshot of your screen once a minute (the software of your choice). At the end of the working day, the archive with screenshots is uploaded to the server;
You are personally responsible for every bug you unload. Your codes must meet quality requirements (code architecture and formatting). No one's rushing you. Do not rush – write and test qualitatively.
The system of fines is simple and clear: late by a minute (unloaded the bug) - minus the euro, the second time - minus 2, the third time - minus 4. If a person does not understand it, then they will be separated from it.
