Write a script in JavaScript

(1) Something like an auto-clicker should be done. He has to take an email from the database and paste it into the desired window and click the send button and so on on several sites.
(2) You need to make a copy of Text hidden or something with simplified functionality for two sites. The second does not necessarily copy the full program. Only graphs with text and a black list will be enough. Speed, sounds and storage of stored parameters are not necessary.
