Project description
We need a subtitle specialist. Subtitles must be added to a 15-minute video. There's only a video. The video has a voiceover and dialogue. All in Russian. You need to transcribe the audio, subtitle and add subtitles to the video.
I am interested in the cost and how quickly it can be done. A portfolio of subtitles is required (there is no time to experiment).
