About the service
I run a self-contained mobile grooming service: a van fitted with its own water tank, heater, generator, grooming table, and bathing tub pulls up outside your home so your dog or cat is groomed one-on-one, on your street, without ever getting into a car or sharing a cage with strange animals. For nervous, senior, reactive, or multi-pet households this removes almost every source of stress that a walk-in salon creates.
Service scope covers the full routine: shampoo and conditioning matched to coat and skin type, de-shedding treatment, hand or machine drying, brush-out and de-matting, breed-standard or custom scissor and clipper cuts, nail trimming and filing, ear cleaning, gland expression on request, and light sanitary trims for both dogs and cats. Handling is adapted to breed and temperament — double-coated breeds get a different blade guard and drying approach than a short-haired cat, and puppies or first-time cats get a slower, reward-based introduction rather than a full cut on the first visit.
Bookings are taken by recurring slot (every 4, 6, or 8 weeks) or as one-off visits, with a text reminder sent the evening before. Each appointment is scheduled with a fixed arrival window rather than an all-day estimate, and the van carries its own power and water so nothing needs to be run from your house. The current service radius covers the metro area and immediate suburbs; addresses further out can be added to a route day for a small travel fee, quoted before booking.
Before the first visit I ask for vaccination status, any skin conditions, medications, and known handling issues so the session can be planned safely. A short photo report is sent after each groom, and any skin, ear, or dental issue spotted during the session is flagged so it can be checked by a veterinarian early rather than discovered later.
