About the service
An ordinary terry towel for the gym becomes a personal item when you add embroidery - a name, initials, monogram or team logo. I work with fitness towels, sports towels and related accessories: wristbands, bag tags, headbands - so that the item is immediately recognizable among others in the locker room or team bus.
Terry cloth behaves differently than a t-shirt or cap: the loop pile requires dense stabilizing backing and slightly tighter stitching, otherwise letters "swim" and the fabric shrinks after washing. Before launching a large batch, I always do a trial embroidery on a sample of the same towel - I check thread tension and pile height so the finished monogram lies flat and holds up after sweat, chlorine and multiple washes. By default I use bleach-resistant polyester thread - it doesn't fade or bleed; for award or banquet towels, viscose thread with a more pronounced sheen is available.
Fonts and placement - from a simple initial in the corner to a name embroidered in an arc along the top edge; there are options in sports, script and classic "university" style so the embroidery matches the team uniform. I work with team orders regularly: send me a logo file - I digitize it into embroidery format, select threads as close as possible to the team colors from available palettes and make a control sample for approval before the main batch.
For teams, gyms and camps, wholesale pricing applies - the larger the batch, the lower the per-unit price; in one wholesale order you can combine different names or numbers without additional setup fees if the base layout is already digitized. Standard turnaround is one to two weeks depending on volume and season; for tournaments and special events, rush embroidery is possible - just specify the deadline when placing your order. I work from sketches, finished logos, or just a description of the idea; before starting embroidery we agree on one or two layout options so the result matches your expectations exactly.
