About the service
I offer on-site aerial photography and videography services: I come to your property — a house for sale, a construction site, a wedding venue, a farm or outdoor event — with my fully equipped drone and shoot high-resolution photos and videos from angles inaccessible to ground cameras. Let me clarify separately: this is specifically a shooting service using my own equipment, not repair, diagnostics or calibration of drones — if you need to fix your device, look for another specialist. Here we are only talking about finished visual content for you.
Most often real estate agents contact me, wanting to highlight listings with panoramic views of the property and surroundings, event organizers and newlyweds who need an impressive shot of a wedding or festival from above, managers of construction and other facilities who need to document work progress from above, as well as hotel owners and farm managers who want to showcase the scale of their territory in promotional materials. I work with residential homes, commercial buildings, agricultural land, coastlines and open areas.
Each shoot begins with a brief call or email exchange: I clarify what is needed — photos, video or both, the desired mood and style, as well as specific shots you have in mind. On shoot day I check airspace restrictions, weather and local flight regulations, then plan a flight path that covers the property from different heights and angles. I shoot in RAW and high-bitrate 4K video so the material handles post-processing and cropping well.
After shooting I independently edit and process the material: color correction, stabilization, removal of extraneous objects like power lines if possible, and assembly of the finished file package. Typically delivery takes several business days; I provide files in the formats you need: video ready for listing websites and social media, high-resolution photos for print, and on request — raw files too. I have insurance, I follow all local flight regulations and always coordinate shooting permission in advance before coming out.
