Service description
I manufacture leather envelope cases for tablets and iPads individually for a specific model, not based on an averaged template. Before cutting the leather, I clarify the exact device model, generation, whether the client uses a folio keyboard, stylus or protected case — these details determine whether the tablet will fit snugly and without gaps or rattle inside.

You choose the leather. Most often I work with vegetable-tanned full-grain leather — it develops a noble patina over time, with softer chrome leather for a lightweight everyday envelope and with embossed or waxed options if the tablet travels daily in a bag and scratch resistance is important. A soft lining — foam material or felt — is glued and quilted inside each panel, which absorbs impact when dropped and protects the screen from contact with keys and wires in the same bag.

I select the closure for your usage scenario: a magnetic flap for quick one-handed opening at a desk, a wrapping strap with a buckle for a more textured, "briefcase" look, or a simple slip case without hardware for a minimalist solution. Upon request I add an elastic loop for a stylus, a thin outer pocket for cards or charging cable and a sewn tab to remove the tablet without shaking the case.

Personalization is included in the price: embossed initials, monogram or logo, choice of edge finish color and thread color to match or contrast the leather. At the stages of cutting, stitching and edge finishing I send process photos so you can confirm the fit and style before final assembly, plus one free size adjustment if needed.

I've made cases for iPad Pro, iPad Air, iPad mini, Samsung Galaxy Tab and Microsoft Surface — each time based on the real dimensions of a specific model, not a rounded standard. Write the model of your device and style preferences — I'll respond with a leather recommendation, manufacturing time and fixed price before cutting begins.
