About the service
I do machine embroidery on sports uniforms: player names, numbers and club emblems. I work with children's football teams, corporate leagues, school hockey teams, and private orders — for example, embroidering a number on a single shirt as a gift. From plain blanks I create a uniform set ready for a tournament.
Each order begins with a short discussion of font, thread color and embroidery placement. I convert the club emblem to digital format from a photo, sketch or ready vector file, then make a test sample on a fabric scrap — you approve the stitch density and color matching before the needle touches the actual game uniform. I work with cotton, polyester mesh, moisture-wicking sports fabrics and dense woolen knitwear — for each fabric I select the stabilizer and thread tension so the embroidery lies flat and does not pucker the fabric.
For team orders I keep a table with each player's name, number and size and apply numbers in exactly the order you send — front, back, by request and on the sleeve. A single order (one shirt for a birthday, farewell uniform, memorial piece) receives the same attention to detail as a batch of forty people, and if desired you can combine block numbers with script name on one piece.
The price includes: conversion of logo to embroidery machine format (or use of my ready library of sports fonts and numerals), one sample for approval, embroidery on all sent items and free stitch correction if a letter shifted during shipping. Timeline — usually five to twelve business days depending on order volume. Player names and sizes are always confirmed in writing before cutting — a name error on match day is unforgivable. Send the roster list — I will respond with cost estimate within a day.
