About the service
I install complete built-in central vacuum systems in private homes — both in homes that have never had such a system and in homes where owners are tired of carrying regular vacuums from floor to floor. The principle is simple: all noise, the motor, and dust collection are moved to a single power unit installed in the garage, basement, or utility room, while lightweight wall outlets are placed throughout the home, to which a thin hose is connected. The house is cleaned faster and more quietly, you don't need to move a heavy unit from room to room, and the spent air with dust is vented outside rather than recirculated through the space.
I begin by inspecting the house and creating a layout scheme for outlet placement to cover all rooms with minimal piping — typically one outlet per 45-65 square meters, positioned in a hallway or central area so a 9-meter hose reaches every corner. I then route the pipes through walls, attic, or basement beams so everything is hidden and doesn't intersect with electrical or plumbing. After approving the scheme, I install rigid PVC pipes between outlets and the power unit, glue each connection for complete sealing, and test the line for suction before closing walls.
I mount the power unit securely, connect it to a dedicated electrical line per code, install a silencer and outdoor air exhaust — the system runs quietly. I run low-voltage signal wiring to the outlets so the motor starts only when a hose is connected, install a convenient-to-clean dust collector, and label each outlet for convenience. In finished homes, I try to minimize wall chasing by running pipes through cabinets, attic, and technical niches, and I neatly seal and touch up all holes before finishing the work.
I work both during construction, when pipes are laid before finishing, and in completed homes during retrofitting. I can add additional options — a hose reel in the garage or a built-in dustpan outlet in the kitchen. Upon completion, I check suction at each outlet, show you how to maintain the system, and leave a written diagram marking all connection points. I arrive with my own tools, pipes, and fasteners, ready to work to your plan or create a layout on-site. If you want to get rid of a heavy vacuum and make cleaning quieter and more pleasant for the whole family — I'll come for a measurement and quote the exact cost.
