About the service
I offer mobile repair and re-stretching of anti-mosquito screens on windows: I come to your home and restore a torn, dented, or sagging screen right in the existing frame, without replacing the entire structure. I remove the old damaged mesh, check the frame for bends and loose corners, then stretch new mesh and secure it with fresh rubber cord so the mesh lies flat, without wrinkles or sagging, and protects against midges, pollen and debris just like a new frame, without blocking airflow.
Each frame is individual, so I inspect it before work: I straighten aluminum and plastic profiles if they are bent, I re-seat loose corner fasteners, and I offer mesh options to choose from — standard fiberglass, reinforced for homes with pets, or fine-mesh solar-protective. I work carefully so as not to scratch the frame and windowsill, and I clean up all mesh and cord scraps after myself. The cost depends on the quantity and size of screens, and I calmly take on old or weather-damaged frames that other craftsmen refuse.
What is included in the service:
— Inspection of each frame before starting work
— Removal of old torn or sagging mesh
— Straightening of bent aluminum or plastic frame corners
— Installation of new mesh (standard, reinforced for pets, or solar-protective)
— Securing with fresh rubber cord for even tension
— Complete cleanup of the work area after completion
