Before starting work, I visit, assess the connection — gas or electricity, wire gauge or pipe diameter, water pressure, ventilation — and draw up a clear plan and estimate with no surprises during the process. On installation day, I disconnect and remove the old tank, mount the new tankless unit on the wall, connect the gas or electrical line, install ventilation according to the manufacturer's standards, flush the system, and check temperature stability and pressure at the outlet.
