About the service
I'm a drone operator and photographer, and I help realtors, property managers and homeowners make their listings stand out with quality aerial photography. Ground-level photos show only half the picture, and a buyer scrolling through dozens of listings a day stops precisely at those where you can see everything at once: the house itself, plot size, surroundings and how it all relates to each other. That's exactly the kind of footage I create — neat, well-composed aerial shots and smooth video flyover that give a buyer a real sense of the property before viewing it in person.
Each shoot is planned in advance taking into account lighting and property features. I plan the flight route, check airspace restrictions and shoot during the golden hour when possible, because warm light sells a house better than flat midday sun. For every shoot I bring spare batteries and a backup drone so that weather or technical issues never derail the timeline. After the flight, I handle all post-processing myself — photo color correction and video editing into a complete piece, not handing over raw unprocessed footage.
I've shot private homes, waterfront plots, undeveloped land and large commercial properties, and I know how to choose angles depending on what exactly sells the property — a pool, plot size, proximity to the coast or a new residential complex layout. I keep communication simple and free of unnecessary bureaucracy, deliver work quickly, and am always ready to reshoot a specific angle if the first version didn't match what you had in mind.
What's included in the service:
— 15-20 processed aerial photos in high resolution
— Video flyover lasting 60-90 seconds with smooth transitions
— Color correction and light processing of each material
— Files ready for upload to platforms plus social media version
— Delivery by agreed deadline
