About the service
I'm an illustrator and for more than a year now I've been transforming ordinary family photographs into stylized portraits that you want to hang on the wall, rather than just put away in an album. Send me a group photo — from a wedding, from an anniversary, from the dacha last summer — and I'll draw a portrait where not only the appearance but also the character of each person will be recognizable.
The work is simple: you send me a reference (you can send several photos if you need to bring together people who were never photographed together), tell me a bit about your family, and then I make a sketch, coordinate it with you and bring the illustration to its final form in the chosen style — watercolor, cartoon flat or more painterly, detailed. Each portrait is drawn from scratch for specific people, no templates or blanks.
Most often such a portrait is ordered as a gift — for parents on an anniversary, for grandmother and grandfather, for a couple on their wedding anniversary. I try to make the process as comfortable as possible for the customer: you approve the sketch and receive the finished work without unnecessary correspondence.

— Up to two rounds of revisions
— High-resolution file for printing or framing
