About the service
I am a practicing plumber with more than a decade of experience and I offer complete installation of a whole-house water softening system. If white streaks remain on dishes after washing, scale constantly builds up in the kettle, the glass doors of the shower enclosure are covered with lime deposits, and the boiler is working worse and worse — these are classic signs of hard water, and you can solve the problem once and for all, rather than fighting the consequences every week.
I start the work by testing the water hardness to select a system precisely for your family's consumption volume, rather than selling excessively powerful equipment. I do everything myself: turn off the central water inlet, cut into the existing plumbing, install a bypass valve, install a tank with ion exchange resin and a salt tank, connect the drain line and flush the system before the first startup. I always check the pressure in the system and the condition of the pipes — a water softener installed on worn plumbing will never show the claimed resource.
After installation, I configure the control unit for your water hardness and number of residents, check water quality at several water outlets and thoroughly explain the salt refill schedule and simple maintenance so the system works for years without my involvement. After installation, I remain available if any adjustments are needed.
