About the service
I'm a professional plumber with extensive experience replacing water heaters in apartments and private homes. If your old tank is leaking, rusted, or simply worn out, and you've finally decided to switch to a compact tankless water heater — I handle all the work from start to finish, you won't have to do anything yourself.
Before starting work, I assess the current system: tank volume, connection type (gas or electric), chimney or ventilation condition, water pressure. This is needed to select a model that truly fits your family's needs, not guesswork. On the day of the project, I carefully drain the water, disconnect and remove the old unit, dispose of it, and then install a new storage or tankless water heater following all standards — including connections, mounting, and if necessary, ventilation installation. After installation, I always check the system under pressure and for leaks.
I work honestly: I name the cost in advance without hidden charges, meet agreed deadlines, and clean up after myself. I give recommendations on maintaining your new equipment so it lasts as long as possible.
What's included in the service:
— Removal and disposal of the old water heater;
— Installation of a new storage or tankless unit (yours or selected by me);
— Connection of pipes, electrical/gas, and ventilation per code;
— System check under pressure and for tightness;
— Work area cleanup and operation consultation.
