About the service
I've been working as a commercial drone pilot for several years and specialize in shooting for real estate agents, developers and event organizers. I have a professional drone with a stabilized gimbal, capable of shooting 4K video and high-resolution photos, and flights are performed within valid operator clearance and insured, so all documents for the client are handled without problems.
For real estate listings, aerial photography provides what ordinary ground photography cannot show: the entire property at once, surroundings, location relative to roads and infrastructure, actual scale of the object. Such listings receive significantly more views and inquiries because the buyer immediately sees the full picture before even visiting. At events — weddings, festivals, sports celebrations, corporate events — a shot from above conveys the scale and atmosphere of the event in a way no handheld footage can match, and usually becomes the main shot of the final video.
I do all the work myself from start to finish: I scout the location in advance or coordinate details with the client, plan the flight route and optimal shooting time for lighting, shoot on site and then edit the finished material. Deadlines are short, I'm ready to adapt to the client's schedule, including early morning or sunset shoots when the object looks most attractive.
