About the service
I handle the installation of tankless water heaters and completely take on replacing your old storage tank — from removal to starting the new system. Before making any changes, I figure out how many water points will operate simultaneously, what the incoming water temperature is in your home and how actively you use hot water — and only then do I calculate the required power so the unit doesn't struggle when the shower and kitchen tap are on at once.
Often installers put in whatever unit is available, and then homeowners complain the water barely gets warm during peak hours. I calculate the required flow rate in liters per minute relative to the temperature rise needed, check if the gas line or electrical wiring can handle the chosen model, and only then suggest the specific size needed. This calculation is included in the service cost, you don't pay extra for it, and I'll explain in detail why this specific model was chosen.
After model approval I remove and dispose of the old storage tank, adjust the flue, gas line or electrical circuit if needed, install the new unit and check the system for leaks before handing over the work. Additionally I'll show you how to maintain the unit so it lasts its full rated lifespan.
What is included in the service:
— Site visit and power calculation for your home
— Removal and disposal of old storage water heater
— Full installation: mounting, flue, gas/electrical connection, water lines
— Leak and seepage check, temperature adjustment
— Brief maintenance instruction after installation
