The bot is built around the real decisions your clients actually make: they pick the depth of the search (a few generations back, or a full deep-dive to the earliest traceable ancestor), select the region or country where the archives are likely located, choose a realistic turnaround time from a calendar you control, and confirm payment terms — deposit, full prepayment, or payment on delivery, whichever model you prefer. Every choice is validated before the client can proceed, so you never receive a half-filled request missing the one detail you actually needed. I connect it to Telegram or a website widget, whichever your clients already use, and I make sure notifications land in your own inbox or chat, not in some dashboard you have to remember to check.
