For several years I've been creating cost calculators for craftsmen and studios, and I'm ready to assemble a similar tool for calculating the price of an individual tattoo — from sketch to application. A website visitor specifies the size of the drawing, style (realism, minimalism, ornament, old school and others), placement location on the body, color (black and white or color work) and order urgency, and the calculator immediately shows the total cost. This saves the administrator from routine calculations in correspondence and filters out random requests without budget.
I'll adjust the calculation formula to your current price list: basic rate per square centimeter of area, multiplying coefficients for complex areas like hands, neck or ribs, separate multiplier for color work, discounts for large projects on full body or sleeve, and a surcharge for urgent execution outside the queue. All coefficients are placed in separate settings so you can change prices yourself without contacting the developer each time. The calculator is responsive and works equally well on smartphone, tablet and computer, integrates into your current website without changing design, engine and hosting.
After calculation, the form can immediately send a request to email or messenger along with the selected parameters, so the request doesn't get lost and the master sees the context of the request.
