I make a booking bot that takes all this on itself: the client opens the chat, chooses the service format, a free date and immediately pays the deposit — no calls, no booking table, no time conflicts.
The bot takes the client through a short scenario: meeting format (wardrobe audit, shopping session, capsule wardrobe assembly, styling for an event), desired budget for purchases, if it's shopping, and a date from your real calendar. After confirming the slot, the client receives a payment link for the deposit, and you get a notification with all the details already filled in — no need to manually transfer the correspondence to your daily planner.
