I'll set up online registration for acting courses for children and adults

I configure online registration systems for acting schools where both children and adults study, so the administrator doesn't have to manually figure out which group to assign students to. A student on the registration page first indicates whether they're registering as a child or adult, then selects a level — from zero, some experience, or advanced. After that, the calendar shows only dates and times that match the selected combination, making it impossible to end up in the wrong group.

The main thing that saves administration time is automatic group formation. As soon as a student registers, the system itself determines which age and level group to assign them to, and if the group is full — it offers a waiting list instead of rejection. For parents I create a simplified scenario with clear wording, and for adults — separate level descriptions written for adult audiences, so one registration form works for both categories.

I complete the setup end-to-end: age and level selectors, calendar with real class availability, automatic registration confirmations and an admin panel showing group occupancy in real time. I separately configure limits on the number of spots and age boundaries, and after delivery I leave brief instructions so school staff can add new dates and levels themselves without the developer.
