I set up an online booking system for paintball and laser tag venues that host group games. The organizer doesn't need to call and clarify available slots — they simply specify the number of players, select the date and game duration, and the system itself reserves the venue for that time and selects the required amount of equipment sets for the group size.

Usually venue owners contact me when bookings were made through calls and messenger spreadsheets: one slot was accidentally sold twice, and equipment for the group wasn't enough because no one calculated it in advance. I eliminate this confusion with a single calendar that automatically checks capacity and doesn't allow placing a large group in a slot the venue can't physically handle.

I integrate the system into the venue's existing website or CRM, or assemble a separate light booking page if there's no website yet. Usually the setup includes:
— fields for number of players and game duration with automatic cost calculation
— equipment binding to number of participants to ensure enough is available
— admin calendar with all occupied slots and venues
— automatic booking confirmation via email or messenger

Before delivery I test everything on real booking scenarios so the venue can immediately accept group requests without additional work on your part.
