I will set up cottage booking for hunting and fishing resort under one roof

I set up "turnkey" cottage booking for hunting and fishing resorts — this is a different task, unlike regular hotel room booking. The guest chooses not an abstract "room" but a specific cottage, names check-in and check-out dates, and immediately decides if they need a hunting guide or equipment rental — rifles, boats, tackle, waders. Standard hotel engines can't handle this logic: they don't check cottage availability, guide workload and equipment stock simultaneously, so resorts end up with overlapping bookings and promising one guide to two groups at once.

I build a system that shows the guest only truly available cottages for selected dates: calculation happens across three layers at once — cottage calendar, guide availability and equipment stock. If a guide is already booked or the last boat is reserved by another group, the add-on service option simply won't appear in the form — instead of accepting a request and later apologizing to the guest over the phone.

I work on the platform the resort already uses and hand over full management to you: pricing by season and by cottage, date blocking for repairs, list of bookings with guest contacts and selected add-ons on one screen. Included:
