About the service
I create online booking systems for grooming salons and masters who come to clients' homes. Phone booking takes time from the administrator and master: you have to clarify the breed, animal size, needed services verbally, and then manually figure out how long the grooming will take and how much it will cost. I move this entire conversation into a form that the client fills out themselves in a couple of minutes.
First, the owner specifies the type of animal, breed and approximate size — this determines almost everything: the time for grooming a small dog and a large northern breed differs greatly, as does the price. Next, they select the needed services: grooming, bathing, ear cleaning, nail trimming — they can choose one or several at once. The calculator combines the duration and cost for the specific breed and service set immediately, and the client sees the final price even before choosing the time.
Only after the calculation does the system show the groomer's actually free slots — taking into account already accepted bookings and cleaning time between pets. In the administrator panel you can independently add breeds, services and price rules, mark days off and sick leave, and the client receives a reminder before their visit.
