I'll set up online registration for a vet clinic with pet cards

I develop online registration systems for veterinary clinics where booking is built around a specific pet and specific service, not around a free calendar slot. The first step for the owner is to create their pet's card: species, breed, age, weight, chronic conditions, and history of all past visits with diagnoses and prescriptions. This card stays with the pet forever, and at the next booking the vet immediately sees what happened before, instead of using paper records.

After the card is created, the owner selects the needed service: routine checkup, vaccination with a reminder about the next dose, grooming, pre-surgery consultation, or urgent care. Each service has its own duration, price, and list of vets who provide it, so the calendar shows only actually available time with the needed specialist — no double bookings.

I handle all the development: the registration form for owners, schedules for vets and clinic administrators, automatic SMS and email reminders, and a simple panel showing today's appointments by service type. The system works equally well for a single clinic or a chain of branches.
