About the service
I set up group fitness class schedules for fitness studios where multiple rooms and multiple trainers work simultaneously. If an administrator is still cross-checking a notebook and group chat to figure out if the small room is free at seven in the evening, I replace that with one schedule where all rooms and all trainers are visible at once — a client chooses a class in seconds, not by calling to check.
Each class has its own place limit set, and the system itself stops registration once the group is full. If there are no places, new clients are immediately offered a waiting list: as soon as someone cancels their booking, the freed spot is automatically offered to the next person in line with a short confirmation window — the spot doesn't go empty and doesn't go to whoever was just more attentive.
I set up everything under one package: the schedule grid for all rooms, a booking form for clients, and an admin panel where you can open a new class, move it to another room, replace a trainer, or close a room for cleaning, with waiting list logic behind all of this.
What's included in the work:
— unified schedule across all rooms and trainers;
— place limit for each class with automatic booking stop;
— waitlist with auto-advance on cancellation;
— admin panel for managing classes and rooms;
— booking form for clients, optimized for mobile;
— class reminders for those booked.
