I work directly with the agency's existing rate tables and pricing logic, so the calculator reflects real commercial terms rather than a generic formula pasted from a template. Every field is validated, mobile layouts are tested on real devices, and the interface matches the site's existing design language instead of looking like a bolted-on widget. I also make sure the tool degrades gracefully — if a rate is missing for a given premise type, it says so plainly rather than showing a broken number, so agency staff can trust the figures shown to prospective tenants.
