I set up Metabase and other open-source BI tools on your own data, so your team gets self-serve analytics without paying for expensive per-seat licenses. I start by connecting your database or warehouse, mapping the raw tables into clean models with friendly names, and defining the metrics that actually matter to you, so people stop arguing about numbers and start trusting them.

From there I build the dashboards, questions and filters your teams open every morning: revenue and cohorts for finance, funnels and retention for product, pipeline and activity for sales. I wire up scheduled alerts that ping you in chat or email when something crosses a threshold, and I configure row-level permissions so each group sees only the data it should. Where the visual query builder runs out of room, I drop into SQL and write the heavy queries by hand, then wrap them into reusable, parameterised questions.

You end up with a tidy, documented analytics setup your own people can extend, plus a short handover session so nothing depends on me forever. I can also tune slow queries, add caching, and keep the whole thing responsive as your data grows.
