About the service
I am a backend developer and work with Java and the Spring ecosystem every day, helping teams turn business requirements into services that stably handle real loads. The foundation of my work is Spring Boot: I design REST APIs with clear contracts, break monoliths into microservices where it's truly justified, and keep the data layer in order with JPA and Hibernate. I pay attention to things that are easy to ignore until they start causing problems, so I embed validation, error handling, structured logging and metrics from the start, rather than bolting them on later. When a project needs asynchronous processing, I connect services through message queues like Kafka or RabbitMQ, so components remain loosely coupled and resilient.
Before writing code, I try to understand the domain and expected load, because correct service boundaries and a well-designed database schema save far more time than any framework tricks. I write unit and integration tests, use Spring Security for authentication and authorization, and prepare the application for containers and the cloud, so deployment is repeatable, not a nerve-wracking ritual. I document endpoints, extract configuration from code and set up health-checks so operations can see the real state of the system. I'm ready to jump in at any stage — a new service, evolution of an existing platform, or bringing order to code that grew faster than its structure.
I communicate clearly, honestly estimate timelines and prefer small verifiable steps to risky complete rewrites. Describe the task and constraints — I'll propose an approach, agree on scope and deliver working, reviewed pieces.
— Microservices on Spring Boot and REST API design
— Data access via JPA and Hibernate, PostgreSQL and MySQL
— Message exchange via Kafka and RabbitMQ
— Spring Security, JWT and OAuth2 scenarios
— Docker containers and cloud deployment
— Unit and integration tests, CI pipelines
