About the service
I build Airtable systems that turn scattered spreadsheets and half-baked tools into one calm, reliable workspace that teams actually enjoy using. Over recent years I've designed bases for CRM, editorial and content pipelines, project trackers, product roadmaps, inventory management and hiring. I always start by understanding how your work actually flows, then translate that into a clean relational schema: the right tables, linked records, rollups and lookups so data doesn't duplicate and every figure reaches the place where decisions are made.
On top of that structure I build views where people live daily: filtered tables, Kanban boards, calendars, galleries and timelines for each role, plus dashboards in Interface Designer so managers see progress without digging into raw data. I configure automations that eliminate routine: status change triggers a notification, a record auto-routes to the right person, digests and reminders arrive, synchronizations happen with tools you already use. When Airtable's built-in features aren't enough, I extend them with scripts and integrations through your automation platform, leaving everything documented and easy to maintain.
I treat each base like a product, not a one-off file. That means clear naming conventions, thoughtful access permissions, field descriptions and a short handoff so the system remains yours after I'm gone. Whether you're starting from blank space or rescuing a base that's grown into chaos, I'll audit it, rebuild it and migrate it without downtime.
