The ability to cope with negative emotions is a very useful skill for our lives. Very few people possess it, and these people are usually more successful, happier and able to build long-lasting harmonious relationships.
Unfortunately, the ability to cope with negative emotions is not taught at school. It is taught almost nowhere. Moreover, most people in our country understand the words "cope with negative emotions" as "fight negative emotions", "suppress them", "control them" or "get rid of them like unnecessary junk".
Meanwhile, this "junk" is quite valuable. With the right handling, a lot of resources can be extracted from it - new realizations, previously blocked energy, etc. But if you "fight", "suppress", "control" or "get rid of" such "junk", you can get many quite unpleasant side effects - from health problems to embitterment and the complete destruction of relationships with people.
My program provides exactly the TEACHING of how to cope with emotions. Several methods will be offered to choose from, each of them will be tried and practiced until a stable skill of using it is developed. This skill will stay with you for the rest of your life. At the same time, no pressure or violence will be used on my part - everything will proceed as gently, ecologically and comfortably for you as possible.
As a result of the work you will:
- acquire a stable skill of deep and high-quality interaction with your own negative emotions; understand what they are needed for, and how to make them arise as rarely as possible;
- develop your own, most effective way for you to reduce emotional tension;
- work through the most painful and unpleasant emotions in a safe environment with qualified help and support;
This will improve the quality of life as a whole:
- self-esteem, the sense of inner integrity and self-worth will increase;
- relationships with loved ones will improve;
- stress resistance and capacity for work will grow;
- the level of tension in the body will decrease and, as a result, health will improve;
- understanding of yourself and other people will become deeper;
- the level of dependence on others' opinions will decrease;
- abilities for creativity and achieving goals will increase.
This program is designed for a period from 3 to 6 months (depending on the individual characteristics of the person). The work is carried out online via Skype.
