In my practice, the latter form is especially relevant in cases where it is expected to work with the application of a team of performers consisting of unqualified users.

Applications can be executed both for work with local computers and in the cloud with delimited access of performers via the Internet to the workplaces of multi-user versions of the program. In cases where it is expected to operate the application by an international team of performers or to present the results to foreign partners, the application interface is performed with the ability to switch the language. I speak English at Upper Intermediate level.
