Responsibilities
Maintaining the block or full cycle of the event from 50 to 20,000 people entrusted to me. The main functionality is personnel management, technical equipment, planning, work with contractors, marketing, work with the customer, negotiations, presentation of the project.

- Control of arrival at the site of the project team, contractors, etc. ooh. project.
- Control of installation/dismantling works
- Preparation and logical completion of closing documentation for the project
- Marketing support of the project
- Interaction with broadcasts, media services and other services.
I work on a strictly planned plot, suggesting options for the development of the event and possible failures, as well as solving possible problematic aspects of the event.
