About me
I create drawings on sketches of parts, assemblies, structures. I carry out 3D modeling of MK, products made of sheet material, foundry products, and other ways of manufactured parts, and their assemblies. I refine the necessary structural elements, make a selection of materials and standard components used. I perform the necessary drawing documents (assembly drawings, details), taking into account the production possibilities. Calculate the metal intensity of the product and the specifications of the materials and components used. I make calculations MK for strength and stability. I create parts scanning from sheet materials, translate drawings of parts from sheet material into files for CNC machines (laser cutting of metal).
I process clouds of data obtained as a result of scanning to build models of parts or installation sites MK.
I am engaged in 3D modeling of parts for foundry production (creation of models and rod boxes, for manufacturing on CNC machines).
I have an idea of the properties and applications of metals and alloys. Methods of processing materials. ESCD and ECC requirements.
