- accreditation for federal ETP;
- accreditation for ETP for 223-FZ;
- accreditation for commercial ETP;
- accreditation for Rosneft PJSC (paper or electronic).
(3) The analytical phase:
- search and monitoring of tenders on your profile;
- the possibility of daily mailing by e-mail with a list of suitable purchases;
- checking of procurement for corruption component;
analysis of potential competitors;
- analysis of tender procedures conducted by the customer in previous years.
(4) The stage of preparation of the application documents:
- preparation of auctions, tenders and requests for proposals;
- preparation of quotation requests and price monitoring;
- structuring the necessary documents already available;
- obtaining a fresh extract from the USRUL;
- preparation of a technical proposal on form-2;
- preparation of the commercial part.
(5) The application phase:
- submission in electronic and paper form;
- filling in the forms of documents using the functionality of ETP;
- participation in auctions.
(6) The awarding phase:
- conducting pre-contractual negotiations;
- drafting of disagreements to the contract;
- signing the contract using the ETP functionality.
(7) Extra-phase activities:
- preparation of technical parts of procurement;
- preparation and submission of requests for clarification of documentation and procurement results;
- filing complaints with the FAS.
