- registration of transactions of sale/gift of shares in the authorized capital;

- registration of powers of attorney on behalf of organizations and keeping records of them;
- obtaining extracts from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- interaction with the notary on notarization of copies of corporate documents, signing of applications, consents, powers of attorney, etc.
