I'm a computer programmer. He has been actively involved in 14 international projects and programs in the field of agriculture and water management, funded by the World Bank and the European Union.
I have extensive practical experience in computer processing, development and programming of visually oriented software applications in the Delphi programming language. I also have practical experience in developing integrated databases (client-server) in the programming languages T-SQL, MySQL, Interbase, MS Access.
I am fluent in CAD - means of automating the design and development of engineering drawings, maps, photoplans and other CAD software (AutoCAD, MapInfo, APLOT Professional, CorelCAD, Corel Draw, Corel PhotoPaint, Adobe PhotoShop, etc.).
I also have experience working with GIS – geo-information systems for creating basic maps and digital models to obtain the necessary spatial characteristics. Creation of various GIS data on the basis of space and aerial photography materials: digital photoplanes, orthophotoplanes and photo diagrams, digital relief models, vector and raster maps and plans. Digitization of topographic maps and tablets (AutoCAD, MapInfo, Google Earth, Panorama Factory).
