2. Communication with project clients in the mail and through Zhivochat – solving questions on payment for products, answers to questions, control of payments – admission and establishment in the project system.
3. Calculation of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
4. Work on webinars – preparation of presentations, technical settings of rooms, recording of a webinar.
5. Working with text documents – editing, converting from docks to PDF and back.
6. Work with audio and video documents – cropping and gluing, reconverting into various formats, transcription.
7. Administration of the training group of the project – from monitoring the payment of the training package to laying out training materials and issuing certificates to graduates.
I have experience with social networks – communication with subscribers, I have an idea of promotion in social networks. All additional responsibilities are discussed.
I work in Photoshop (not professionally, but I will do simple processing), PowerPoint, Camtasia Studio, all programs of the MS Office package, which I don’t know, I quickly learn. Task allocation and workflow planning through Asana.
Working conditions – a separate work room at home, ensuring working conditions.
